A: All Sessions Begin at 8:30 AM.
Q: Where are your conferences and programs being held?
A: All local events will be held in one of two locations on Texas A&M University:
- Sbisa Conference Center, corner of Ross and Asbury St.
- Rudder Tower Room 701. Rudder Tower is located on the corner of Joe Routt and Houston Street
*Note – A Custom Designed Seminar can be held at Texas A&M, or the location of your choice.

Q: What airports are conveniently located to College Station, Texas?
A: Here in College Station we have our own Easterwood Airport which is a short three minutes from campus. The airport code for this airport is CLL and you will find flights into this airport on American Airlines and Continental Airlines. If you are in need of more carrier choices, then the next choice would be Houston Intercontinental Airport. This airport is about a 1 ½ – 2 hour drive from College Station and the airport code is IAH.
Q: What are my choices for transportation?
A: Upon arrival: If you are arriving at the Easterwood airport, you should contact your hotel to see if they have an available shuttle. If they do not offer a shuttle, we have several recommendations for transportation.

If you are driving yourself: If you brought your own vehicle, please note that you can park in the University Center Garage for Rudder Tower or in the Northside Garage for Sbisa Conference Center.
- University Center Garage is across the street from Rudder Tower at the corner of Joe Routt Boulevard and Houston Street.
- Northside Garage is located at the corner of Asbury Street and University Drive.
Directions to Rudder Tower from the hotels:
Travel down University Drive towards Texas A&M University.
Shortly after you pass the Northgate area, you will exit to your right to get on Wellborn Road.
Take a left at the light at Wellborn Road.
At the second light, Joe Routt, take a left. After passing Kyle Field, you will see Rudder Tower on your left, and the University parking garage on your right.
Directions to Sbisa Conference Center from the hotels:
Travel down University Drive towards Texas A&M University
Turn left on Houston St into campus
Continue on Houston St until you meet Asbury St on left
Turn left onto Asbury St
Sibisa Conference Center will be the second building on the left
Northside Parking Garage will be on the right, just prior to University Drive
Attire
Q: What will the temperature and climate be like? How should I dress?
A: Your time in College Station is going to be very busy and will involve some light walking, so plan to dress business casual for all sessions. Since the weather and temperature in the conference room are not always predictable, you may want to bring a medium-weight jacket or sweater. College Station can grow rather humid in the spring and summer, but is normally quite dry, hot, and windy even into the fall. Sunglasses and water are recommended for visitors who will be traveling outdoors.
