She leads core supply chain courses, mentors graduate students, and contributes to advancing engineering education. Dr. Malini is also a Fellow of the American Society for Engineering Education (ASEE), recognizing her sustained contributions to the field.

At the Read Center, he plays a key role in advancing academic excellence and fostering collaboration within the industrial distribution community.

Joe Dyson

He designs and delivers industry-relevant learning experiences aligned with the evolving needs of the distribution sector. He brings a global perspective and over two decades of experience in strategic sales, program management, and market development, with leadership roles at companies such as Burckhardt Compression and Dover Precision Components. He holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M and a certificate in Sustainability Strategies from Stanford University.

Taylor Dudley

Focused on developing the next generation of leaders in the field, he brings a strong background in operations management and leadership, having held roles such as Branch Manager at Texas Pool Supply, Managing Director at Builders Supply Logistics, and Corporate Operations/Strategic Planning at SRS Distribution Inc. Taylor combines practical industry experience with a passion for talent development and innovation.
