Matthew F. Keblis is an Associate Professor at the United States Coast Guard Academy where he teaches courses in Marketing, Research Methods, and Supply Chain Management. Prior to joining the Coast Guard, he was a faculty member in the Industrial Distribution Program at Texas A&M University. He has also served on the business school faculties of Macquarie University, the University of Dallas, the University of Wyoming, and Texas A&M University.
In addition, he has been an employee of or consultant to many organizations including Amazon.com, Level 3 Communications, Praxair, Sun Microsystems, and the US Navy.
He received his AB degree in Economics from the University of Chicago, his MS degree in Operations Research from the Illinois Institute of Technology and his PhD in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan.
Currently, he conducts research on additive manufacturing, dynamic pricing, and inventory management. His research has been published in various journals including Management Science, Production and Operations Management, and IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control.
