The Certificate in Distribution Professional Management (CDPM) is a prestigious certificate program for high potential leadership candidates. This program will provide the attendees with a certificate upon completion of a series of three short yet rigorous education sessions. Each of the sessions will be for 4 days and will occur throughout the year with at least a month gap between each. Currently this is offered through a partnership between the Read Center and the National Association of Wholesale Distributors (NAW). Through the sessions described below, the CDPM program aims to equip distribution managers with the skills and perspective needed to thrive in the industry today.
