Refund/Cancellation/Substitution Policy
A refund of the registration fee(s) will be available if cancellation is requested in writing to the Thomas and Joan Read Center (TJRC) and received one calendar month before the course module begins, less a $200.00 administrative charge. No cancellations will be taken by telephone. No substitutions will be allowed unless prior arrangements have been made and acknowledged by the TJRC. The TJRC reserves the right to reschedule/cancel any courses and return all fees in the event of insufficient registration or schedule conflicts. The liability of the TJRC is limited to the registration fee.
