What’s included in the price of my registration? - 3 Day CDM Modules

Rudder Tower is located on the corner of Joe Routt and Houston Street

What airports are conveniently located to College Station, Texas?
Here in College Station we have our own Easterwood Airport which is a short three minutes from campus. The airport code for this airport is CLL and you will find flights into this airport on American Airlines and Continental Airlines. If you are in need of more carrier choices, then the next choice would be Houston Intercontinental Airport. This airport is about a 1 ½ - 2 hour drive from College Station and the airport code is IAH.
Do you have any hotel recommendations?
You are responsible for securing and paying for your own hotel accommodations, however we will be providing transportation between the below mentioned hotels and the site of the seminar each day. We do not have any discount codes with these properties.

What are my choices for transportation?
Upon arrival: If you are arriving at the Easterwood airport, you should contact your hotel to see if they have an available shuttle. If they do not offer a shuttle, we have several recommendations for transportation.

(They offer limousine & car services as well as airport service to/from Houston.)
If you are driving yourself: If you brought your own vehicle and are not planning to use our transportation, please note that you can park in the University Center Garage and we will gladly validate your parking. This garage is right across the street from Rudder Tower at the corner of Joe Routt and Houston Street.
Directions to Rudder Tower from the hotels:
Travel down University Drive towards Texas A&M University.
Shortly after you pass the Northgate area, you will exit to your right to get on Wellborn Road.
Take a left at the light at Wellborn Road.
At the second light, Joe Routt, take a left. After passing Kyle Field, you will see Rudder Tower on your left, and the University parking garage on your right.
Don’t forget to bring your ticket in with for validation.
Transportation Service that we provide
Each morning at 7:45 we will offer a shuttle from the recommended hotel’s to Rudder Tower where a buffet breakfast will be served. The seminar will begin at 8:30.
After the session has concluded, we will have the shuttle drop off at the recommended hotels and the networking social location. After the session has concluded on the final day (CDM- 4:00pm) (Pricing & ODP 12:00PM), the shuttle will have the normal morning shuttle and an afternoon drop off at Easterwood Airport and the recommended hotels.
Temperature & Attire
Your time in College Station is going to be very busy and will involve some light walking, so plan to dress business casual for all sessions. Since the weather and temperature in the conference room are not always predictable, you may want to bring a medium-weight jacket or sweater.
