Program Overview
The incredible multiples paid to acquire distributors triggered the critical question of potential distributor profitability and made one wonder “How profitable can a distributor be?”. This fascinating question led to Texas A&M’s “Optimizing Distributor Profitability” research consortium – conducted across 6 distribution channels with 11 distribution firms. Texas A&M’s new educational program is designed around the following 5-step framework developed out of this research consortium.




The workshop will help you assess your business processes against best practices and financial performance against cross-channel financial benchmarking. This detailed process due-diligence will highlight the performance gaps – both in terms of process and profitability.
